Booking & Deposit Policy
“All deposits must be paid online to secure a booking. For most services, the remaining balance is preferably paid in cash on the day. Bridal and wedding bookings require a £50 deposit paid online, and this amount is deducted from the final balance. If a bridal trial is requested and accepted, the £50 deposit is still applied toward the full service value. Package deposits vary depending on the service selected.”
Travel Policy
“Travel may be available depending on location and booking type. Where applicable, travel fees may apply and will always be discussed and confirmed before the booking is secured.”
Cancellation Policy
“Deposits are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed. Cancellations made with reasonable notice may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the deposit being retained and a new deposit being required to secure another date.”
